Refunds & Exchange


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached.

To complete your return, simply email and request a returns form. Print, fill out and return with any items that didn’t fit or suit. You can nominate for a credit, return or exchange on the form and send it back with the item (s) to the return address.

The return postage is your responsibility however we will pay for the postage to you when a replacement product is requested. It's a good idea to return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus the cost of freight, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchange on Quay Sunglasses for any damage or problem that occurred after the item left the store due to Quay's specific company policies. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty items
We take care to ensure our items are of the highest quality, however, if you have discovered a defect or fault, send us an email at , we can take quick action to secure you a replacement, repair, credit or refund. The cost of shipping a defective item will be refundable to you.
